TEFLON TAPE PRODUCTION LINE
SFFD series TEFLON TAPE PRODUCTION LINE is the preceding special equipment for producing TEFLON subsequent product.It adds scattered TEFLON material into solvent,mix and pre pressing into cylindrical roughcast.Then it is extruded into a thin rod through a shaped die.Stored it in a heat insulating water tank.Enter the two roller from the fishtail guide plate and roll into strips.Get the Teflon film base band after winding up.The baseband width is more than 300mm,thickness is 0.05-0.3mm.According to different requirement,the baseband can be used for TEFLON microporous film, TEFLON waterproof breathable and permeable composite fabrics, TEFLON coated filter media, TEFLON dust filter bag, TEFLON long(short) fiber, TEFLON sewing thread,etc.
The whole production line is consist of roughcast press,extruder, heat insulating water tank,calendar,winding machine,oil removing machine(optional).
